Ingredients for 6 popsicles
- 450 g watermelon (pulp)
- 2-3 kiwis (depending on size)
- 5 tbsp STROH 40
- 80 g natural yogurt
- optional: 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Preparation
- Peel the kiwis and remove the stalk. Cut the kiwis into pieces and purée them.
- Cut the watermelon pulp into pieces, remove the seeds and then purée it.
- Add STROH to the melon purée.
- Fill the melon-STROH mixture into popsicle molds, leave some space and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt optionally with the sugar and add the yogurt to the melon layer.
- Fill the popsicle form with a layer of kiwi purée. Freeze them for at least six hours or overnight.
