Ingredients for 1 Glass
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cl to 4 cl STROH 80 (according to taste)
- 4 cl heavy cream
- 6 cl milk
- nutmeg
- optional: some brown sugar for sweetening
Preparation
Combine ingredients and gradually heat (but do not boil!) in a pot until the liquid emulsifies.
Pour into a heat-resistant glass or cup and grate on a bit of nutmeg.
For those who prefer it sweeter, you can sweeten the STROH Flip with brown sugar.
