Ingredients for 4 Servings
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 125 ml heavy cream
- 50 g brown sugar
- 300 g speculaas cookies (or shortbread cookies)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 50 ml STROH 40
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- zest of 1 organic orange
Preparation
- Crumble the cookies. Pour milk and STROH over them and let them soak for 10 minutes.
- Whip mascarpone cheese and cream, add sugar.
- Mix together with cookies. Add cinnamon, sugar and orange zest.
- Pour in serving cups and chill until serving.
