INGREDIENTS for 8 -10 Slices
Für den Schokokuchen:
- 210 g butter
- 210 g sugar
- 6 eggs (size M)
- 210 g all-purpose flour
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 pack baking powder
- 100 g grated walnuts
- 100 g grated baking chocolate
- 5 tbsp STROH 80 or 60
- 5 tbsp milk
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan.
- Separate the eggs.
- Cream the butter and sugar with the egg yolks until very fluffy.
- Fold in the grated baking chocolate and walnuts, then mix in the flour.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Combine the STROH and milk with the mixture, then gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with a little flour.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 80 min.
Tip: The cake is best enjoyed warm with lightly whipped, unsweetened cream.
