INGREDIENTS FOR 1 Cup
- 1 large glass of milk
- 2 tbsp white chocolate
- 1 tbsp pistachio cream
- A splash of STROH 80 or 60
- Whipped cream for topping
- Sugar sprinkles (e.g., Dr. Oetker Christmas decorations)
- 2 EL chopped pistachios (unroasted, unsalted)
PREPARATION
- Warm the milk in a pot with the white chocolate, stirring until melted.
- Stir in the pistachio cream and pour everything into a heatproof glass.
- Add 2 tbsp of STROH and stir well.
- Top with freshly whipped cream and colorful sugar sprinkles for decoration.
Decoration tip: Spread some pistachio cream around the rim of the glass before filling it with the milk. Then sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
