Ingredients for 2 Cups
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4-6 pieces of chocolate
- 2 teaspoons chocolate sprinkles
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cl STROH 40 or 2 cl STROH 80
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Heat the milk in a pot. Stir in cocoa powder, chocolate and chocolate sprinkles.
- Add the cinnamon stick and STROH. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Fill the hot chocolate into cups and decorate it with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
