Chocolate delight that melts in your mouth

Hot chocolate on a stick is the most charming way to warm up on cold days and experience pure chocolate bliss. Refined with a hint of STROH and colorful sugar decorations, each cup of milk turns into a luxurious experience - creating an 'Oh!' with every sip. Perfect for gifting or to treat yourself to a little joy!

INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PORTIONS

 

To prepare:

  • 8 disposable plastic cups
  • 8 cake pop sticks or wooden teaspoons

Ingredients for the Drinking Chocolate on a Stick:

  • 150 g of melted dark chocolate (30°C)
  • 100 g of melted white chocolate (28°C)
  • A pinch of gingerbread spice or cinnamon

Ingredients for Drinking Chocolate for 1 cup:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 portion of drinking chocolate on a stick
  • 1 tbsp STROH 80 or 2 tbsp STROH 60
  • Sugar sprinkles (e.g. Dr. Oetker Glamour Mix)

PREPARATION

Drinking Chocolate on a stick:

  • Stir the spices into the chocolate and divide evenly between the plastic cups.
  • Place the sticks or spoons into the filled cups and let the chocolate set.
  • For a dark-light version, alternate the chocolates and let each layer set a bit before adding the next.
  • Once set, remove the drinking chocolates from the cups.
  • Optional: For gifting, wrap them lovingly in cellophane and seal with a ribbon.

 

1 Cup of Hot STROHcolate:

  • Stir the milk with STROH 80 or STROH 60 and heat it up.
  • Once the milk is hot, remove the pot from the stove.
  • Pour the drinking chocolate into a mug and pour the hot milk over it.
  • Let it sit for about 3 minutes, until the drinking chocolate is fully melted.
  • Stir well before enjoying.
  • Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and colorful sugar decorations.
