Ingredients for 4 Servings
For the prawns
- 300 g prawns (curried shrimps)
- 50 ml STROH 60
- salt
- black pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic with skin
- 3 chilies
- olive oil for frying
- parsley to garnish
For the chili mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp STROH 60
- 200 ml corn oil
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 chili (sliced)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
- Salt the prawns and marinate them in STROH for 30 minutes.
- For the chili mayonnaise, mix the egg yolks in a bowl with a mixer. Gradually add oil until you have a creamy mayonnaise. Add the sliced chilli, salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan with olive oil. Sauté the prawns, add the clove of garlic and the chillies.
- Deglaze with the STROH marinade. Season with pepper and garnish with parsley.
- Serve prawns with mayonnaise and fresh baguette.
