Ingredients for 30-40 cookies
For the cookies
- 150 g butter
- 150 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp STROH 80
- 2 eggs
- 300 g wheat flour T480
- ½ teaspoon salt
- zest of half of an organic lemon
For the glaze
- 1 pack chocolate glaze
- 1 pack punch glaze
- 1 tbsp STROH 80
Preparation
For the cookies
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C fan.
- Whip the butter and sugar until frothy.
- Add STROH and eggs and keep whipping.
- Incorporate flour, salt, and lemon zest into the mixture and whip the dough until it reaches a smooth and uniform consistency.
- Pour the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Pipe circles or sticks on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool.
For the glaze
- Heat the glazes according to the instructions on the pack.
- Mix with a little STROH.
- Carefully dip the cookies into the glazes, place on baking paper and allow to cool.
- Put the finished cookies in a cookie tin and store with an apple until they become tender.
