Ingredients for 8-10 Servings
Preparation
- Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until creamy.
- Beat eggs together with the crystal and vanilla sugar, salt and orange zest until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in STROH.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Rinse molds with cold water, drain, fill with mixture and freeze covered with plastic wrap, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, thaw briefly, arrange on a plate and decorate with rum pot fruits. Enjoy!
