Ingredients for 30 Canelés
- 1 liter milk
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 6 egg yolks
- 500 g sugar
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 250 g STROH 40
- seeds from 1 vanilla bean
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender. Let it rest in the refrigerator for two days.
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C fan.
- Fill the greased silicone molds completely with the batter for baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes.
- Allow the baked batter to cool, then remove it from the molds.
