Ingredients for 6 Servings
- 250 g sour cream
- 125 g crème fraîche
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp STROH 40
- ½ garlic clove
- 30 g fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chive)
- spring onions
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
- Finely cut herbs, garlic and onion.
- Mix together sour cream and crème fraiche.
- Add herbs, garlic and onion to the cream.
- Add STROH. Season with salt and pepper.
